This knowledge article will provide steps in how a family member or a provider can view shared exam
Please note: When viewing the exam, please use your computer (PC/MAC) and download/install chrome here
Step 1: Open the email from your computer then click Open Tyto App
Step 2: Please click Send me a code
Step 3: Go back to your email and copy the temporary passcode
Step 4: Paste the temporary passcode into the security code box then click I agree check box and login
Step 5: View the exams available for you to review
