Symptom: Tyto Device is frozen after intitally powering on the device.
Possible Cause: The software running on the Tyto Device is stuck.
Suggested Solution: Turn off the Tyto Device by press/hold the on/off button for 10-15 seconds. After the Device was turned off, the patient should turn it back on by a short press on the on/off button.
