Symptom: The TytoCare device doesn’t charge even after connecting it to a charger.

Possible Cause: The charger is not connected to the appropriate socket on the Tyto device.

Suggested Solution: The patient should make sure the charger is connected to the appropriate socket on the TytoCare device where the following scribing is shown: 5.0 V – 2.0 A.

Note:

Be sure to connect the charging cable to the charging outlet (see image below), not into the headphones outlet, which is nearby and larger.
